Delegates Gearheart and Howell move to amend the Senate Committee Substitute on page 2, section 7-28-3, line 2, by striking the words “"Amusement tax" shall have the same meaning as set forth in §8-13-6 of this code;”;

By striking the words “and amusement” and “or amusement” from the heading;

And,
